Focusing on something that we know or like to do is ok, but we should know when and where to stop focusing on that particular area. I'm not saying that we should give up or not stay focus but look at it on the other side.
We sometimes see what we only wants to see; that is what is good, nice, wonderful in our eyes. We don't want to see what is the effect or the lightest, brighter part of it. Always tell yourself that it's ok, there are better things instead of thinking all the worst part. Always look on the brighter side. Life is too short to feel awful about yourself. Think of better things inspite and despite.
